  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Unsalted butter - plus

  2. 8 oz 227g Unsalted butter - at room temperature

  3. 1/2 Red onion - finely diced

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Garlic

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Curry powder

  6. Salt - to taste

  7. Freshly ground black pepper - to taste

  1. In a large sautee pan heat one tablespoon of butter and sweat the onions and the garlic until translucent let cool.

  2. In a food processor combine the 8 ounces butter with the onions and garlic mixture.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
