  1. 7 large Eggs, separated (buy pasteurized eggs if possible)

  2. 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar

  3. 1 pint, Heavy Cream

  4. 2 cups Whole Milk

  5. 1 pint, Dark Rum

  6. 1/2 cup, Whiskey

  7. 1/4 cup Apricot Brandy

  8. Freshly Ground Nutmeg

  1. Directions Whisk the egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar until light in color and smooth. Next, beat the whites and remaining sugar to stiff peaks, then fold them into the yolks. Fold in the cream and milk and finally the liquor.

  2. When serving grate a little fresh nutmeg over the glass.
