  1. 3171 g boneless country style ribs

  2. 1 tsp. liquid smoke

  3. 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

  4. 4 tbsp. brown sugar

  5. 2 tbsp. paprika

  6. 1 tbsp. garlic powder

  7. 1 1/2 tsp. pepper

  8. 1/2 tsp. salt

  1. Place the ribs in a large pot with water to cover and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer the ribs 1 hour, ocasionally skimmimg the scum off the water. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Lightly coat the inside of a medium roasting pan with nonstick spray. Remove the ribs from the water and arrange in the prepared pan, meaty side up. Stir together the liquid smoke, Dijon, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Brush 1/2 of the Dijon mixture all over the ribs. Cover the pan tightly with foil and roast the ribs about 1 hour until tender. Uncover the pan and brush the ribs all over with the remaining Dijon mixture. Roast the ribs an additional 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
