  1. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz All purpose flour

  2. 2/3 cup 157ml Tomato paste

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic powder

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced fresh parsley

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced fresh basil

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until dough forms a ball. Turn dough out onto a floured surface & knead till smooth & pliable like bread dough, dry but not cracking.

  2. Place dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap & let rest for at least 30 minutes. Shape & cook dough as desired.
