  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Onion - chopped (medium)

  2. 1 Garlic - minced

  3. 2 Tabls olive oil

  4. 1 Artichoke hearts - cooked and drained

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml White wine

  6. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Parsley - chopped

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Black olives - (oil-cured), chopped

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Lemon zest

  9. Salt and pepper - to taste

  10. Parmesan cheese

  11. Cooked fettucine

  1. Sauteechopped onion and garlic in olive oil until soft and golden; add cooked artichoke hearts and stir over medium-low heat for 3 minutes. Add chopped parsley, wine, olives, and lemon zest and cook briefly. Toss with hot pasta and top with grated Parmesan.
