  10. 2 1/4 tablespoons 33ml Milk

  11. 6 tablespoons 90ml Olive oil

  12. 1 1/2 Butter or margarine

  13. 1/3 teaspoon 1.7ml Egg

  14. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Salt

  15. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar

  16. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Parmesan cheese - grated

  17. 2 1/4 cups 533ml Black pepper

  18. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Bread flour
