  4. 2/3 cup water

  5. 1/4 cup canola oil

  6. 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  1. Kids' Favorite Blueberry Muffins Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large bowl, combine pancake mix and sugar. In another bowl, whisk the egg, water and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.

  2. Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Yield: 1 dozen.
