    2. 1 1/2 cups strawberries, washed, picked, passed through

    3. A sieve

    4. 1/2 cup sugar

    5. 3 egg whites, beaten stiff

    1. Mix the strawberry pulp with the sugar.

    2. Fold the beaten whites of egg into the fruit.

    3. Serve immediately in glasses or in pudding dish.
