  1. 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  2. 250g pork fillet, cut into thin strips

  3. 1 tsp chillies, chopped

  4. 1/2 red pepper, sliced

  5. 1/2 green pepper, sliced

  6. 50g baby spinach leaves

  7. 2 spring onions, trimmed and cut into 2 1/2cm lengths

  8. 1 jar

  9. Blue Dragon Chilli Sesame Yaki Sauce

  10. 250g Blue Dragon Ramen Noodles (just undercooked and rinsed under cold water)

  11. 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted to garnish

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.

  2. Add the pork and brown on all sides, then add the chilli and remaining vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the sauce and noodles and heat through. Serve immediately ganished with sesame seeds.
