  1. 1 Container Breyer's Fat Free Lemon Yogurt -

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Milk

  4. 1 Louis Rich Grilled Chicken Breast Strips - (6 oz)

  5. 1 Mango - peeled, diced

  6. 1 Avocado - peeled, diced

  7. Leaf lettuce - as needed

  1. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and milk until well blended. Toss chicken breast strips, mango and avocado with 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture. Serve on bed of lettuce with remaining yogurt mixture.

  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.

  3. Variation - Mango Chicken Salad Wrap: Prepare chicken salad as directed; spoon evenly onto lettuce leaves. Roll up.

  4. How to ripen mango and/or avocado: Store at room temperature until ripened.
