  1. Squid- 1kg

  2. Onion - 2

  3. Chilli powder-1-tablespoon

  4. Cumin Seeds- 1/4 teaspoon

  5. Coriander powder-1 tablespoon

  6. Fenugreek - 1 pinch

  7. Ginger Garlic paste-1 teaspoon

  8. Cardamom powder-1 pinch

  9. Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

  10. Water- 1/4 cup

  11. Salt to taste

  12. Oil - 1/4 cup

  1. Directions Cut squid into small pieces. Wash well and allow to dry for 5 minutes.

  2. Add ingredients from chilli powder to turmeric.

  3. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.

  4. Heat oil in a kadai; add chopped onions and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.

  5. Add squid, mix well, and fry under low flame for 15 minutes.
