  1. 2 cups fresh blueberries

  2. 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries

  3. 2 bananas, chopped

  4. 2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt

  5. 1 cup milk

  6. 1/2 cup ice

  7. 3 teaspoons freshly chopped mint leaves

  8. Honey, optional

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the honey, in a blender and blend until smooth. Honey maybe added, if you like it sweeter. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
