  2. 1 large can of tuna or other fish such as salmon or maybe mackerel

  3. 2 cups (or more) of chopped vegetables steamed lightly (frozen vegies are OK to use)

  4. 2 tablespoons butter

  5. 1 clove of garlic, crushed

  6. 1 onion, chopped small

  7. 1 teaspoon curry powder

  8. 4 tablespoons of plain flour

  9. 2 and 1/2 cups of skimmed milk

  10. 8 slices of lightly buttered bread

  11. Paprika

  2. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease a medium - large baking dish.
