  1. Meatloaf Mix all ingredients together and form into a log in the baking dish. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until center is no longer pink and juices run clear.

  2. Mushroom Gravy In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute about 3 to 5 minutes until onions are translucent. Add mushrooms, basil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and saute an additional 5 to 10 minutes until mushrooms are soft and cooked to desired texture.

  3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in flour gently. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Return the pan to the burner and cook over medium heat until the gravy thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for an additional 2 or 3 minutes or until reaches the desired consistency.

  4. Mashed Cauliflower Roughly chop cauliflower (cored) and drop into a saucepan of boiling water (should be enough to cover the cauliflower) along with 1 tsp of oil. Boil until tender, drain, and return to the hot pan (but not an active burner). Add butter and remaining white truffle oil and stir until the butter is melted. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and cracked black pepper and process through ablender or food processor until mostly smooth.
