  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Chicken wings

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Dijon mustard

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Olive oil

  4. 4 Garlic - minced

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground ginger

  1. Cut chicken wings into three pieces and discard the tips.

  2. Combine other ingredients in a large bowl. Add wing pieces and stir to coat well. Cover and let stand for 45 minutes.

  3. Place wing pieces on the grill and brush with remaining mustard mixture.

  4. Grill over medium-hot coals about 15-20 minutes, turning once.
