  15. 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

  17. 6 to 8 sandwich rolls, split

  1. Bacon 'n' Egg Salad Sandwiches Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large bowl, combine the first 14 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, stir in the bacon. Place a lettuce leaf and about 1/2 cup egg salad on each roll. Yield: 6-8 servings.
