  1. 1 Bag frozen ricotta, tofu, or vegetable-fil

  2. Tortellini; ravioli; ricotta cavatelli;

  3. Or gnocchi - (16 oz)

  4. 2 Pink beans - (16 oz ea) - drained, rinsed

  5. 1 Quality chunky marinara sauce - (28 oz)

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and cook the frozen pasta according to package directions. Just before draining, add the beans to the water and cook briefly to heat them. Drain the mixture well and transfer to a serving container.

  2. Stir in the marinara sauce and serve at once.

  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
