  5. 1 tablespoon dried thyme

  7. 1 tablespoon white pepper

  8. 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

  9. 5 tablespoons sweet paprika

  10. 3 tablespoons salt

  1. Put everything in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Make like a mad man (or woman) and mix hell outa it. See Photo 3. Place in a, for real, airtight container and store in a cool, dark place.

  3. All of the spices should be top quality and new, not old and at half mast.

  4. Obviously, you are going to make some adjustments to the above to suit your own taste but here you have the basics.
