  1. 2 cloves chopped garlic

  2. 1 tsp chopped ginger

  3. 1 medium onion , chopped

  4. 2 tbsp olive oil

  5. 1/2 baked or bbq chicken (pre-cooked store bought is best here); boneless and shredded

  6. 1 cup string beans (green beans)

  7. 1/2 cup chicken broth

  8. 1 tbsp peanut butter

  9. 1 tsp soy sauce

  10. 1 chopped chile

  1. Saute onions, garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat in large saute pan

  2. Add shredded chicken and string beans and cook for 2-3 minutes

  3. Add soy sauce and stir in thoroughly

  4. Add broth and peanut butter and bring to boil

  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes

  6. Add salt, pepper and chili to taste
