  2. 2 sm. or 1 lg. egg, slightly beaten

  3. 1 c. milk

  4. 1 tsp. vanilla

  5. 2 c. sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)

  6. 1 c. sugar

  7. Pinch of salt

  8. Whipped cream

  9. 2 tbsp. flour

  1. Combine sugar and flour; add peaches and stir in egg and milk. Add vanilla and salt. Pour into 8 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center is soft set
