  1. 1 Egg

  2. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tapioca

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Vanilla

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  1. Separate the egg, mix egg yolk, milk, sugar, tapioca, salt in sauce pan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils for 3 minutes.

  3. Cool, stir in vanilla.

  4. Beat egg white until foamy, beating constantly. Add remaining sugar a little at a time.

  5. Beat egg white until stiff, fold beaten egg white into pudding.

  6. Chill and serve.
