  1. 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can roma tomatoes , Chopped

  2. 1 large sweet onion , Finely minced

  3. 1 jarred fire roasted red pepper, chopped

  4. 1 teaspoon light soy sauce

  5. 2 tablespoons herb-flavored vinegar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon poppy seed

  7. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

  8. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons basil

  10. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

  11. 1/2 tablespoon light brown sugar

  1. Sauté Onion with spices in a small amount of olive oil spray until tender.

  2. Put tomatoes, red pepper, and onion mixture in blender, add vinegar and brown sugar. Blend on low speed.

  3. Store in a clean dressing bottle in the fridge.
