  1. 1tbsp moong dal

  2. 1/2tbsp chana dal

  3. 1tbsp urad dal

  4. 1tbsp masoor dal

  5. 250 gm mutton (lamb)

  6. 1/3tbsp Ginger paste

  7. 1/3tbsp Garlic paste

  8. 1/3tbsp Green chili paste

  9. cup yogurt

  10. 1 tomato (big/chopped)

  11. Coriander leaves (few)

  12. 1/2tsp turmeric powder

  13. 1tsp salt

  14. 1tbsp coriander seeds

  15. 12 black peppers

  16. 1 cinnamon (stick)

  17. 1 cardamom (black)

  18. 3 cloves

  19. 1tsp cumin seeds

  20. 3 red chilies (dry)

  21. 3 onions (chopped)

  22. 2tbsp oil

  23. 2 cups of water

  1. Heating up 2tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker

  2. Add the chopped onions and fry till the onions become golden brown

  3. Now add the ginger, garlic and green chili paste

  4. Fry for a minute

  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes smash

  6. In the other hand cook the all the dals together till they are soft and tender

  7. Make a powder with coriander seeds, black pepper, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and red chilies

  8. Now add the powder in the recipe

  9. Add the mutton pieces and mix very well

  10. Cook it till the oil is separated from the masala

  11. Now add the yogurt

  12. Put salt and turmeric powder and mix well

  13. Fry for a minute

  14. Pour 2 cups of water and mix it

  15. Now cover the lid of the pressure cooker

  16. Cook the mutton till 5-6 whistles

  17. Mutton is cooked now

  18. Pour the mutton in the cooked dal’s pan

  19. Now cook it for another 5 minutes

  20. When the curry starts to boil off the stove

  21. Garnish it with coriander leaves

  22. Serve it hot with rice, chapatti or naan
