  1. 1 small onion, minced

  2. 1 clove garlic crushed Vegetable oil

  3. 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and diced

  4. 4 eggs, lightly beaten

  5. 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  6. 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated

  7. 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  8. 2 tablespoons minced parsley Salt and pepper to taste Dash Worcestershire sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.

  2. Saute onion and garlic in a few teaspoons oil in a skillet until soft.

  3. Combine artichokes with eggs; add onion mixture and re-maining ingredients.

  4. Pour mixture into a but-tered 7x11 -inch baking dish.

  5. Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  6. Allow to cool slightly; cut into squares.
