  4. water to cover

  5. 1 egg -- beaten

  6. cracker crumbs

  7. butter or margarine

  1. Soak brains in salt for 1 hour; drain. Dip brians in egg; roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in butter to brown over medium heat.
