  1. 2 pots of chocolate-flavoured soya dessert

  2. 8 ready-to-eat dried apricots

  3. 8 white marshmallows

  1. Spoon the soya desserts into four small glasses.

  2. Use a small sharp knife to cut out triangular eyes and a mouth in the apricot (as you would carve a pumpkin face).

  3. Use a cocktail stick to make two eyeholes in the marshmallow, then thread it and the apricot pumpkin face onto the stick and lay across the top of the chocolate dessert.
