  1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

  2. 2 c. flour

  3. 2 c. milk

  4. 1/2 c. starter

  5. 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup water. Mix (do not use stainless steel bowl) and set in cold oven overnight, so out of draft.

  6. In morning:

  7. 2 eggs, beaten

  8. 3 tbsp. melted butter

  9. 3 tbsp. sugar

  10. 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  11. 1 tsp. salt

  12. Mix well and add to prior night mixture. Fry on greased griddle. Leftover batter can be used by adding pinch of baking soda.
