  2. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Parsley - minced

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Basil

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  5. 10 Garlic - minced

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  1. To every 3 lbs chicken: cook in enough oil to brown. Brown chicken in oil and remove from pan; slice an onion and cook in drippings until soft. Then add the above listed ingredients to the pan. Put chicken back in pan and let it simmer for about 40 min uncovered, turning the chicken once in a while.
