  1. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Smoked trout - or salmon

  2. 8 oz 227g Cream cheese - softened

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Half and half 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic salt

  5. Crackers

  6. Chips

  7. Vegetables

  1. Remove any remaining bones and flake the fish. Combine all ingredients mixing thoroughly. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetables.

  2. Makes 2 cups.
