  1. 12 Chicken wings, fresh or thawed - washed

  2. 1 cup 237ml Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce (marinade)

  3. 4 cups 584g / 20oz Pecans - coarsely crushed

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce

  5. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Seasoned flour

  6. 3 Eggs - beaten

  7. Hatoula Peach Sauce

  8. 8 oz 227g Heavy peach marmalade - warmed

  9. 1 oz 28g Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

  1. Marinate the wings in 1 cup of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.

  2. Toss crushed pecans with 2 tablespoons of Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce.

  3. Standard breading method: Dip wings into flour mixture, then egg wash and then pecans to coat evenly.

  4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.

  5. Serve with Hatoula Peach Sauce.

  6. This recipe yields 1 dozen wings.
