  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - diced (medium)

  5. 1 Garlic cloves - minced

  6. Several sprigs of fresh

  7. Rosemary

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated lemon zest

  1. Cut one whole chicken into several pieces. Mix ingredients well and marinate chicken for several hours or overnight. Grill over charcoal, basting frequently.
