  2. 1/2 Pound pork sausage

  3. 2 Tablespoons chopped yellow onions

  4. 3 Tablespoons flour

  5. 2 cups hot milk

  6. Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Using a frying pan, heat and fry the sausage and onion until the sausage isbrown and the onion clear. Drain off all grease except for 2 tablespoons.

  2. Stirin the flour and cook for just a minute. Add the hot milk. I heat mine inthemicrowave. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and then season withsalt and pepper. I doubt that you will need much salt, but pepper will be amust.

  3. Serve over warm opened biscuits.

  4. This dish takes only a few minutes to make and is wonderful! Use a porksausage that is low in fat and not filled with heavy seasoning and salt.
