  2. 1 Tuna - drained(6oz)

  3. 3 cups 480g / 16oz Cooked rice - cooled

  4. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Minced onions

  5. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Minced sweet pickles

  6. 1 1/2 cups 165g / 5.8oz Thinly sliced celery

  7. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Diced pimiento

  8. 3 Hard-cooked eggs - chopped

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  10. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  11. Crisp salad greens

  12. Tomato wedges -

  1. Combine all ingredients except greens and tomato wedges; season to taste and chill.

  2. Serve on salad greens; garnish with tomato wedges if desired.
