  1. 1 cup all purpose flour

  2. 1 cup rolled oats

  3. 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

  4. 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  5. 2 cups buttermilk

  6. 1 cup plain yogurt

  7. 34 cup melted butter

  8. 2 large eggs

  1. Combine flour, oats, cornmeal and baking powder in a large bowl. Stir in buttermilk, yogurt, melted butter and eggs until well combined. Let stand 15 minutes. Preheat waffle iron on medium heat. Pour batter to cover 3/4 of grid. Bake 4 to 5 minutes until waffles are golden and steam has stopped escaping from iron.
