  1. 50 Boneless lamb

  2. 3 teaspoons 15ml Ginger-garlic paste

  3. 15 Green chiles

  4. 3 Garam masala

  5. 1 Cilantro

  6. 75 Onions - chopped

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chile powder

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Turmeric

  9. 4 cups 948ml Yogurt

  10. 10 Tomatoes - chopped

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Coriander powder

  12. 25 Cashew nuts

  13. 75 Oil

  14. Salt to taste

  1. To the lamb pieces, add ginger-garlic paste, 4 green chiles, cilantro, garam masala powder, salt and blend it to a smooth paste. Make round koftas and deep fry in oil until brown. In a separate pan, heat oil, add chopped onions, 1tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 chopped green chiles, chile powder, turmeric, yogurt and fry for few minutes. Add the fried koftas to the gravy and cook for 15 minutes. Later add coriander powder, tomatoes, cashew nuts paste and cook for another 5 minutes.

  2. Serve with parathas or fried rice.
