  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Crawfish tails

  2. 8 oz 227g Cream cheese

  3. 1/2 Butter

  4. 1 Onion - finely diced (small)

  5. 1 Celery - finely diced

  6. 1/2 Bell pepper - finely diced

  7. 2 Garlic - finely diced

  8. 1 Jalapeno - seeded and diced

  9. 1 Parsley - finely chopped

  10. 12 Bread rolls

  1. Saute crawfish and vegetables slightly. Let cool then mix with butter and cream cheese.

  2. Core the bread rolls and stuff with mixture. (Best to get hard crusted bread rolls).

  3. Heat in 350F oven for about 15 minutes.
