  1. 1/2 cup clarified butter/ deshi ghee

  2. 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)

  3. cup sugar

  4. cup skim milk powder

  5. cup semolina (sooji/rava)

  6. cup chopped dry fruit

  7. Spices:

  8. 1 tsp green cardamom powder (elaichi powder)

  1. Melt deshi ghee on pan

  2. Add 1 cup of chickpea powder (Besan)

  3. Roast it in slow heat and low flame for 3-4 minutes

  4. Add ½ cup of semolina with roasting besan

  5. Mix it well and continue stirring

  6. Roast it for another 3-4 minutes

  7. It will start to change color and emitting fragrance

  8. Ghee will ooze out

  9. Add ½ cup of milk powder, sugar and elaichi powder

  10. Add chopped dry fruit nuts (like cashew, almonds)

  11. Roast the mixture for few minutes

  12. Ghee ooze out again and with nice color and aroma

  13. It is ready

  14. Pour it into a plate

  15. Let it cool down

  16. Cut it into pieces

  17. Ready to serve
