  1. Whole wheat flour 7 Ounce (0 3/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoon)

  2. Sugar 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  3. Cocoa powder 13 Cup (5 1/3 tbs)

  4. Baking powder 1 12 Teaspoon

  5. Baking soda 1 12 Teaspoon

  6. Sour milk 12 Cup (8 tbs)

  7. Brown sugar 12 Cup (8 tbs)

  8. Egg 1

  9. Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon

  10. Salt 14 Teaspoon

  11. Vanilla extract 1 12 Teaspoon

  12. Strong hot black coffee 12 Cup (8 tbs)

  1. Directions Pre-heat the oven to 350 F In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir to combine.

  2. Add the milk, brown sugar (make sure to break up any lumps before adding), egg, oil and vanilla. Mix well till all ingredients are combined.

  3. Add the hot coffee and stir till incorporated.

  4. Pour into prepared cupcake pan with liners. Bake for 15 minutes, till tester inserted into middle of a cake comes out clean.

  5. Frost with a decadent chocolate cheese frosting and garnish with a few shavings of sweetened coconut or crystallized ginger.
