  1. 354.88 ml brown sugar

  2. 118 1/59 ml butter

  3. 1 egg

  4. 473.18 ml flour

  5. 4.92 ml baking soda

  6. 2.46 ml salt

  7. 236 1/29 ml sour cream

  8. 354.88 ml rhubarb , cut into chunks

  9. 118 1/59 ml sugar

  10. 118 1/59 ml walnuts (or pecans)

  11. 14.79 ml melted butter

  12. 4.92 ml cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cream together brown sugar, butter and egg. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, sour cream and rhubarb, mixing well.

  3. Mix together the topping ingredients (sugar, walnuts, melted butter and cinnamon) and sprinkle over top of cake.

  4. Grease & flour a 9x13 pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
