  1. onions - 2

  2. chow - 1/2

  3. carrots - 2

  4. beans - 100 gms

  5. potatoes - 2

  6. 100gms peas

  7. cauliflower - 1/2

  8. salt to taste

  9. oil - 3 tbsp

  10. Grind together:

  11. coconut - 1/2 cup (scraped)

  12. green chillies - 10

  13. coriander leaves-1/4 cup

  14. ginger - 1 pinch

  1. Cut onions finely. Dice all the vegetables, and add enough water and cook in pressure cooker.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, season with mustard seeds, black gram dhal, bengal gram dhal and curry leaves.

  3. Add onions and fry till translucent. Add the ground mixture fry for a minute, mix all the vegetables with enough water and salt.

  4. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes or till the gravy thickens. Serve hot with puris or idlis.
