  1. Lamb (meat) 1kg

  2. Yogurt 1 cup

  3. Cumin Powder 1 tsp

  4. Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  5. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

  6. Salt 1 tsp.

  7. For the curry:

  8. Coriander Pd 1 tbsp.

  9. Tomato 1

  10. Onions 2

  11. Chopped

  12. Green chillies 6

  13. Slit

  14. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp.

  15. Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  16. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp.

  17. Salt to taste

  18. Oil 6 tbsp.

  19. Whole spice:

  20. 1 clove,

  21. 1 cinnamon,

  22. 1 Cardamom

  23. 1 bay leaf.

  1. In a bowl combine with yoghurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder turmeric powder and salt, marinate the lamb meat for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok and add the whole spices, then the chopped onions. Sauté the onions until brown, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and turmeric.

  3. Add the marinated lamb meat and stir fry well for 10 minutes, until the oil floats.

  4. Add the green chillies, tomato and salt, add a little water, cover and cook.

  5. Once the meat is tender stir fry well until the meat is dry.
