  1. 2 slices white bread (any bread will do)

  2. 1 -2 egg

  3. cheddar cheese , grated

  4. 1 teaspoon butter , melted

  5. 2 -4 slices cooked turkey breast, thinly sliced or 2 -4 slices crisp cooked bacon

  1. Scramble eggs in frying pan.

  2. Melt butter. Brush onto each slice of bread.

  3. Sprinkle cheese onto one side of bread.

  4. Place turkey and/or bacon.

  5. Place eggs on top of meat.

  6. Place in panini maker or George Foreman Grill.
