  1. (Boneless) Mutton 500 gms

  2. Cinnamon (strips) 2 no

  3. Fennel 1/2 tsp

  4. Curry Leaves (1 spring)

  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  6. Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  7. Chilli powder 3 tsp

  8. Lemon juice of 1 no

  9. Salt to taste

  10. Oil 50 ml

  1. Cut mutton into very small cubes (smaller pieces cooks easily and tender)

  2. Mix garam masala, chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, add salt and little water and cook them in pressure cooker (appx 4 whistles)

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan 5. Fry fennel, cinnamon and curry leaves 6. Add boiled mutton and fry until the aroma eludes and oil comes out separately.

  4. Serve hot with rice and biryani.
