  1. 4 8-ounce bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

  2. Kosher salt and pepper

  3. 1/4 cup orange juice

  4. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  5. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  6. 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

  7. 1 tablespoon honey

  8. 1 small head Napa or green cabbage, thinly sliced (about 6 cups)

  9. 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.

  2. Season the pork with 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Grill until cooked through, 6 to 7 minutes per side.

  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the orange juice, oil, vinegar, sesame seeds, honey, and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Add the cabbage and cilantro and toss to combine. Serve with the pork chops.
