  2. 1 3/4 cup(s) Swanson® Chicken Broth

  3. 2 clove(s) garlic , minced

  1. Arrange the potatoes in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Stir the broth and garlic in a small bowl. Pour the broth mixture over the potatoes. Cover the baking dish.

  2. Bake at 400°F. for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
