  1. 4 cups pasta, wagon wheel or spiral pasta, cooked and drained, about 2 cups uncooked

  2. 2 cups turkey or chicken, cooked, strips

  3. 8 ounces corn kernels, canned whole, drained, or 1 c frozen corn kernels,thawed

  4. 1 lg Zucchini; Cut I zucchini cut into 1/2 inch pieces, each slice cut into quarters

  5. 1 lg Tomato; Cut Int tomato cut into 1/2 inch slices

  6. 1 small sweet red bell pepper cut into,

  7. 1/2inch chunks

  8. 1/2 cup cilantro or parsley chopped

  9. 3/4 cup picante sauce

  10. 1/3 cup salad dressing, creamy creamy garlic

  11. 1/4 teaspoon salt optional

  12. 1 x picante sauce additional*

  1. Combine the pasta, turkey, corn, zucchini, tomato, red bell pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl.

  2. Combine the picante sauce, dressing and salt in a small bowl, mixing well to blend.

  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat all of the ingredients.

  4. Refrigerate. Serve with additional picante sauce, if desired.
