Heat oil in a pan and add all whole garam masalas( cardamom, cinnamom, cloves, bayleaf) then add chopped onions and fry until light transparent. then add the ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes until raw taste of the paste disappears. add turmeric to it.Next add the blended coriander-mint paste and fry for few minutes until well cooked and oil separates. Then add the washed mutton pieces(make in to small pieces) and fry with the paste for few minutes and add little coriander powder and garam masala powder, 1 tsp each (its optional, without coriander and masala powder also it tastes good. just to add extra flavour) then add enough water and let cook until meat is tender. check for salt and cook until oil separates. serve with rice or chapati. believe me you will love it. i have no pic at this moment but will surely send one soon. hope you will enjoy.
