  1. Turkey Wrap Spread the cream cheese over the entire tortilla thinly. Making sure that your meat is dry, add two slices of meat near the end of the tortilla closest to you. Lay the scallion in the middle of the meat and begin to roll the tortilla into a thin, cigar-like tube tightly. Wrap in aluminum foil tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Slice at an angle and place on tray. (You can use sliced ham.) ...

  2. Roast Beef Spread the Ranch Dip thinly over the tortilla. (You can spread about a tablespoon of horseradish over the ranch dip for a spicier flavor.) Place two slices of the beef over the dip. If the roast beef is in small strips, use as many as you need to go from one end of the tortilla to the other on the side of the tortilla closest to you, not in the middle. Sprinkle the beef with the sliced onion and roll up tightly, sealing in aluminum foil and refrigerate 4 hours before slicing or overnight. Cut at an angle and lay on tray. (Great idea for a football party!) ...

  3. Deli Wrap Spread the cream cheese thinly over the tortilla. Spread about a teaspoonful of mustard over the cream cheese then add the beef. Sprinkle with the shredded cabbage and roll up the tortilla tightly, sealing in aluminum. Refrigerate 4 hours before slicing. Cut at an angle before serving and lay on tray. (You can actually add a spear of a good kosher or garlic pickle instead of the cabbage but make sure you dry it off well before wrapping. The cabbage just gives the wrap a good crunch factor and color to the wrap. Do not used prepared coleslaw or your tortilla will become soggy.) ...

  4. Tuna Treat-Clean and dry your celery then slice each stalk lengthwise right down the middle for two large, long strips of celery. Drain the tuna well. Mix the tuna with the chopped eggs. Add 2 TB of mayonnaise to the tuna-egg mix and mix well. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the tortilla. Spread the tuna -egg mixture over the bottom half of the tortilla and lay one of the halved stalks of celery on top, on the tortilla closest to you and as you roll, bring the celery down and roll over that first, making a tight roll as you continue to roll the rest of the tortilla. Seal in aluminum, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice at an angle and serve on tray. (If you just have to use Miracle Whip, know that the new Miracle whip can become runny. I don't suggest using it at all.) ...

  5. Egg And Olive Wrap Mix the chopped and drained olives well with the chopped eggs. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the tortilla. Spread the egg and olive mixture generously over that and sprinkle with 1 TB of chopped parsley. Roll, wrap, seal and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Slice at an angle and serve. ...

  6. Peanut Buter Jellymarsh Wrap.

  7. Ah, something for the little ones in our lives!

  8. Spread the marshmallow creme over the tortilla thinly. Then spread the peanut butter then the jelly. Roll, wrap, refrigerate, cut at an angle in several slices about 2 inches thick and serve. ...

  9. You could leave out the jelly and add mini chocolate chips. I once just used the peanut butter with M&M's for a children's birthday party. I also made a wrap with the marshmallow creme, mini chips and red licorice sticks! The kids loved it. (Kids!)

  10. You should slice these in slices about two inches thick. The recipes above can be altered to suit your needs but should be kept in small rolls. Once you slice a few of them up and see how nice they look for a good fingerfood tray, you will see why I keep them small. If you're hosting an event, the protein in these rolls will satisfy your guests. You can make one kind of roll or two kinds at the same time. I have made trays with stripes of different varieties on trays which gives your guests a multitude of flavors to enjoy.

  11. Once you make these, you'll come up with many new ideas of your own. I'll hope you'll be kind enough to share them with me as I'm always looking for new and improved recipes. ...

  12. Tips:

  13. The idea is to have a spiral of color showing in the center of each slice of "wrap" when sliced. Try your best to roll the filled tortilla as tightly as you can to achieve that effect!

  14. You do not want the tortilla to become soggy so try to keep your main ingredients as dry as possible before you spread it over the tortilla. This is important or you will have a mess!

  15. Good luck! Please remember to share your wrap ideas with me.
