  1. 1 pound back fin crab meat

  2. 1/2 cup cracker crumbs (Ritz or Club - 1/2 sleeve crushed)

  3. 1 Tbsp. Mustard

  4. 1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped

  5. 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice (1/2 a lemon)

  6. 1 egg

  7. 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

  8. 2-3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  9. 2 tsp. Seafood Seasoning (Old Bay)

  10. 1 Tbsp. Butter

  11. 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

  1. Combine cracker crumbs and all the ingredients (except crab meat).

  2. Mix with a spoon into a loose peanut butter consistency.

  3. Fold in crab meat to combine.

  4. Make into 6 cakes.

  5. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil in a pan and add cakes.

  6. Cook until golden brown and flip. (About 5 min per side)

  7. A nice extra: aioli sauce for crab cakes - 2 Tbsp mayo, 1 Tbsp mustard, lemon zest, a dash lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste.
