  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour

  2. 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose soybean

  3. 1 cup milk, skim or water

  4. 1 tablespoon honey

  5. 1 tablespoon canola oil sunflower oil

  6. 1 teaspoon sea salt

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid and honey.

  2. Mix and let the dough rest in a warm place for 15 minutes.

  3. Add oil and allow to sit another 1/2 hour.

  4. Take walnut size portions of dough and flatten into small cakes.

  5. Bake in oven at 400F for 1/2 hour.

  6. For cats, roll dough into 1/4" thickness and bake on a sheet scored into small sections 1/4" square or smaller.
